Delays & Issues
Ellah Skincare is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information, courier service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
